Refunds & Returns Policy

At Txeto, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward refunds and returns policy.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped or produced. If you cancel the order before it is dispatched, you will receive a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at support@txeto.com to initiate a return and receive the return address. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Process

    1. Initiate a Return: Email us at support@txeto.com to start the return process.
    2. Return Approval: If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
    3. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
